Was 20 attempts, even better than I thought at 4-0, Vigs made a save but the crowd was just 16,867. Only disappointment was the continued absence of Guinness!

Not much to say after that. A brilliant performance from all who took the field in a Swans shirt.

I’m going to give a special shout out to Fulton who proves me wrong constantly and long may he do that.

Stewart’s goal was brilliant and he seems to be the type if striker we’ve been missing. I hope we can keep him fit.

The only thing to bear in mind is that Blackburn were awful and most unlike a Mowbray side. They gave us time and space which I thought he’d have made sure we didn’t. But that doesn’t take anything away from our lads who were good both on and off the ball and showed hunger to regain the ball if it was lost. Hope they keep it up.

3 of the next 4 games are horrendous and Portsmouth is never an easy place to go so they need to show their quality in each of these games.

Excellent first half, showing just the right attitude after the reverse at QPR. I know some will say I expect too much, but I always think it is the wrong decision to ease off as we did in the second half. Rather than shutting our opponents out, this actually results in us conceding chances. We were lucky that Rovers didn't get a consolation goal. Stewart delivered with a cracker, but we should have had more than four goals in this game.

Not sure we eased off as even though Blackburn as poor as they were (imo we made them look poor with a very high press and chadsing down giving them no time to settle) but they made 3 changes by and just after haltime and another 2 during the 2nd half they tried to play and attack instead of being so passive, I think they onlly had a couple of chances both very weak efforts skied or straight at Vig, I thought Steward had an excellent game dragging their defence all over topped off with great leftfooted shot and goal. A mention to the ref who I thought was aanonymous because he let the game flow and probably won't get an easier game to officate than todays.Great response and yes maybe a bit greedy but the scoreline didn't really reflect our dominance .

Very enjoyable game and result, nice to see Key fit and Parente getting some game time and both doing well to ensure we have an amount of strength in depth.
Excellent win.

Excellent response to the disappointment of last week.

It would be easy to claim that Blackburn were poor but I don't think we gave them any chance at all in that first half to get a foothold in the game our press was so good.

The pairing of Fulton and Eustaquio in midfield was on top to the point where we should probably thank whatever virus took Stamenic out of contention. Jay covering the deeper role (and the defensive work he did in the second half deserves huge applause) freed SE to basically run the game. What a footballing brain he's got. Was always where he needed to be, and some of his passes were almost "no look" given his awareness of what was going on around him.

I'll single those two out, but everyone played well. Starters, subs, the lot.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Good result and really should have been at least 6-0. I think they must have been told to ease off.
Great passing, some things didn't come off which, with the other chances would have resulted in a massacre and we could completely forget the drubbing last week.
I think that Fulton had an excellent game and seemed to pop up in every area to help out.
Stewart playing up top with that formation is what I was alluding to a couple of weeks ago.

We were outstanding today and there wasn't anyone who didn't play well. We made Blackburn look poor with clever passing, they were chasing shadows. Fulton player of the match for me. A massive statement today that we are back on course. The thread should be quiet tonight with some missing because of the result and the way we played.

We even played a long ball down the middle whuch Stewart competed well for, if we are going to use twin centre forward we will need to play the ball to them high up the pitch at times.

Great reaction to last week’s result
We looked so much better playing on the front foot the way we did
I’m glad we cut out the slow boring passing for passing sake stuff and the pointless slow goal kick stuff
We looked a completely different team and proved how good we can be
I think we will have shocked a few teams with that performance and result
Well done lads

Agree with everyone saying Fulton was our MOM. He’s having his best season by far and is among our best players every game.

Matos is probably the first manager to allow him to just play to his strengths every game. Have to admit I always rated him as a combative midfielder but underestimated his ability to constantly be in the right place to snuff out attacks before they start.

I thought he’d be phased out two years ago. Turns out he just needed the right manager.

Jay Fulton take a bow son, outstanding performance.

He was so good yesterday I thought he deserves a new song based on an old classic - 'Two Jay Fultons, there must be two Jay Fultons, Two Jay Fultons' etc etc.

It seems apt because he appeared to be everywhere.
