one of my best mates from Uni was a Spurs fan, loved them and had a picture of Teddy Sherringham up in his room which his misses made him take down. DIdn't see him for a few years after Uni then met him by chance on the way to Arsenal away in 2012, he was wearing an Arsenal shirt. I was Baffled by it he said he got fed up of Spurs and loved watching Arsenal so switched teams. Was in Madrid for a long weekend a few years back, during the close season, decided to go have a look at the Bernabeu Stadium, my boy was wearing his Hoops top, done the tour and was down behind the dugouts in the stand taking pictures of my son, a security guard stopping any of the tourists going on the pitch , was talking to my wife asking what team the colour's of my son's team were ?
He liked it we supported a little ol team from West London, and especially we were not Man Utd who he told us he detested, next thing he invited us to come out of the stand and take pictures of my son sitting in the dugout !
Got some great shots of my son and thanked the security guy for his kindness, so maybe have a R,rrs fan in Madrid who has us as is 'second team' but showing just how disliked Utd are besides here. |  | | |
