4 3 3? Not a Kolli to be seen anywhere! Surprised Pearman isn’t on the bench under the circumstances.

No Kone either!

I don't actually mind it. Stronger back four weeks could have chosen, a balanced midfield in Varane, Morgan and Madsen, return of Chair, opportunity to see Bennie as striker.

Certainly not as bad as the comments i've seen on Twitter.

No game hangers though, so once they score it's basically over

Honestly every player on the Ipswich bench would start for us. Up against it, hope we stuff them still

Crikey Millwall are going to be p*ssed with us.

The bench especially is a disgrace.

If the tables were turned and Millwall did that to us. We would be angry.

Think its very wrong.

Not remotely concerned what Millwall think. Looks like the strongest line-up available to us.

Surprised they are risking Chair from the start. Big performance from Bennie as CF would be a plus.

Does anyone know whether Kolli is injured, or is he just being frozen out?

Big tv audience for this one, perhaps best keeping Kone away from it.

Otherwise, the sort of set up we should have been trying all season.

It’s not that bad is it? Don’t think you can call it a second string side at all. Even the n bench has Smyth, Saito and Hayden on it.

Makes you realise, add Burrell, Kone, Kolli, Dunne, Dembele, Poku and Obikwu ( he is meant to be good) and Field the squad is not as shallow as some suggest.

Surely it’s all about our attitude on the pitch not the team selection? Lots of premature judgments here

Out of interest, with Kone and Burrell and seemingly Kolli injured, what would your starting 11 be that would be much stronger than the one we're putting out? As for the bench, can't think of many fit players not on the bench other than Cook. Am I missing anyone?

Spot on, that’s what I was trying to say in a roundabout way above. Good to see, shame Pearman not rewarded after his hat trick

Millwall hate chair (I know this from suffering the home end at the den last season). Chair in a pink kit hushing them will do their fractured relationship no good! Perish the thought he scores an own goal.

It’s actually embarrassing we are playing a game at this level with our fans having paid £43 for a ticket and we don’t have 1 striker in the whole squad. You couldn’t make it up. We signed Obikwu back in January and he’s literally not been in any squad. So no Kone, Burrell, Kolli or Obikwu.

We have to watch an attacking mid up top. Just give Ipswich the 3 points now. Really poor from cycling Ben, Nourry and Stephan. This squad is just not up to the rigours of Championship football.

Its an interesting eleven. See what happens.

Kolli's absence is strange.

The only attacker on the bench that didn't get in the last game. Not even on the bench this.

Starting Madsen is not a clever decision, no need risking our best player for an injury in the last game.

Same Dave and in fact some of ours too!!

The only downside is that it will open the door to Millwall. Maybe Oxford and Us can do the pair and Middlesborough gate crash the party

Not for the first time under the Nourry/ Williams watch that we go into a game / games with literally no strikers available . Kone would have been so important today .

Regardless of how today goes, there needs to be an inquiry and action taken .
Just recognise there is problem and look into it would be a step forward.
But we all know that won’t happen .

Stats, data, denial, blame, excuses, waffle .
Fans forum, if there is one in the summer , will be a hoot.

Some ‘real’ questions HAVE to asked and answered at that .

Was just thinking the same thing , when he’s already admitted being “way off” full fitness .

Expectations so low it’s alarming .
Maybe just show fight and determination to stop them going up and stop another team partying in our face .
