Yes, but a committed Rochdale team, despite playing so bloody badly, ground out a brilliant win to get over a 100 points and ensure the season goes down to the last two games.
Those loyal fans who stuck with the team and turned up again today were rewarded. Hopefully those who come back again in the future will be forgiving of the odd bad performance and result and become regulars too, if their own circumstances allow.

It's both horrible and ecstatic being a Dale fan
Was talking to a few long standing fans on the Pearl St and we all agreed we'd not seen anything like this
That winner takes the prize (so far) as best late winner in a season when we've had quite a few. Pleased for Hannant, he's made a difference and we're still in there, fighting

I've been really critical of the team the past couple of weeks. And I won't for one minute think that was a 'good performance'.
BUT this is a results business and especially now all we need is wins.
I was texting my in laws (York fans) after 70 mins saying congratulations. But the boys have found a way and it keeps us alive for another week.
I genuinely couldn't breathe waiting for full time. God knows how they feel on the pitch.

Same here. Did look a foul on him. However, he redeemed himself with a really good assist for the winning goal. We look better with Rodney on the pitch despite him drifting out of games at times.
The DAZN commentator was fair but critical of Dale for 75 minutes, as we really did not look like winning. Somehow; we found a way which is to the full credit of everyone concerned.
Wealdstone's Number 2 looked a good player going forward and causing us problems. | | | |

McNulty making it clear in his interview that it requires everyone to have the same belief and desire to never give in to ensure we have the best chance of success.
If the players and the coaching staff have that relentless commitment to winning, something borne out in the amount of wins achieved, that support has been earnt.
As said earlier, the Sandy Lane had that belief today. It was like the old days. Win, lose or draw, they supported their football team, irrespective of how poorly they were playing. A fantastic effort. | |

That was dreadful, given what was a stake, no passion no spark. The players need to give their heads a wobble, because the team on the pitch can play with vigour and purpose, but not today. The management can’t pass head and shoot for them. Although they could have been more vocal.
Truth is Wealdstone weren’t interested today, but even so looked the more likely of the sides. I said after Sutton they couldn’t play that bad again, but hell they pushed that close today.
I’ll exempt EEL and possible Perry from my criticism, and of course the subs. They need a psychiatrist in this week, to get them reaching back into their minds when they could dish it out to any of their opponents
That said when they needed it they found enough to keep the dream alive. They must find some form in the next week, it’s in there somewhere.
What a mad crazy season the is. Still in there pitching with two games to go.

I think we should be praying to the football gods tonight, it was tough today.
I thought Mani D was isolated in the first half, with the high balls, which against a bloody big Wealdstone team, some of them were built like heavy weight boxers, which made it difficult for him and Smith. We also looked disjointed and to be fair Wealdstone exploited this, but to be honest we were poor for good parts of the game. However a win is a win.
The introduction of Hannant, JK Gordon, Hendo, Rodney and Francis made a massive difference, in that Hannant and JK Gordon used the wings very effectively to get the ball into the box and Francis chip into the box to Hendo was excellent. It shows what we can do and crucially keeps us within a chance of still winning the title.
