Sorry to be a party pooper Warwick but I work with photoshop every single day as part of my job and have done so for 20 years. The tones are lossy in the picture and zooming right in shows me it’s a very amateur photoshop.

Seems unlikely - wouldn't you get a friend/colleague to take the photo with your own phone if you intended to tweet it? I suppose that's the only way it could have been faked though.
