Since Corona virus was first reported approx. 3,500 people worldwide have died in road traffic accidents, EVERY DAY.
Countries and regions going into lockdown will save more lives through reduced traffic than reduced infection. |
I just do not understand why anyone posts figures on current death rates as if more deaths do not matter.
All the current causes of death are being tackled in some way, although most not very effectively, but COV has only just started in everywhere bar China.
I assume you do know what Pandemic exponential growth looks like?
Will you be happy if or when 3,500 people die everyday of COV?
Will it make it more meaningful for you in some way to be on a par with other problems?

When I was out last night somebody said that Boris plan reminded him of Aktion T4 and today I have seen others say the same online (don't look it up Catullus its horrific), the end justifying the means is not ethical, I don't like BoJo's plan it is like something straight out of the Nazis playbook.
