Not a film, but am halfway through Ozark (Netflix), absolutely brilliant.
If you loved Breaking Bad...you'll enjoy this.

Ozark is excellent, some may not stick with it, but it really does grip you as it progresses.

a film that can be watched many times, with something different gleamed each time.

Not a film, and I'm not a royalist, but 'The Crown' series on Netflix is surprisingly good.

Seasons 1 & 2 are great, the 3rd not much cop imo.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

Little Monsters...well it made me laugh
Django Unchained is at the other end of the spectrum but enjoyed that as well.

Have you binged the ten episodes in a couple of days? It only came out a few days ago.
I'm well into the characters, so hopefully even if the script has gone a bit weak, it won't matter too much for me.
Episodes 1 to 3 will be going on tonight whatever.

Hostiles.
New film out on Netflix. Christian Bale is magnificent in this. The opening 10 minutes will certainly get yer attention.

Hostiles is a great film. Best western I'd seen for some time.

I’ve binged one Better Call Saul over the last couple of weeks. Didn’t realise S5 hadn’t all been aired so now having to wait a week for the next episode.

Enjoyed it but won’t miss it when it finishes. Characters can tend to get on your nerves after 4 series.

Gene Hackman in the 2 French Connection films

The godfather trilogy

Goodfellas

The Godfather trilogy is classic cinema.

I've watched them so many times that I can join in with the dialogue, but still enjoy them.

"The Fighter."

A great film if you like boxing. The life story of "Irish" Micky Ward ... starring Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg.

"The Bleeder"

Another film for boxing fans. The life of heavyweight boxer Chuck Wepner, who had a once-in-a-lifetime bout with Muhammad Ali that would inspire Sylvester Stallone to write "Rocky."

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

Anything directed by Wes Anderson.

Of recent films, I saw 'Jo Jo Rabbit' a few months ago and enjoyed it.

Grand Budapest Hotel is a masterpiece.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

I bingewatdhed the 2 series of 'Timeless'on Netflix, it was very easy watching and, in common with most time travel stuff had numerous plot holes. If you want something mindless to watch it's ok.

It seems to me that 'Back to the future' ws better written than any other time travel stuff I've come across and saying that, maybe I'll make the family watch Marty and Doc over the next few days.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?
