England will play their sixth game at Wembley during this tournament on Sunday. Home advantage enabling them to reach the final along with a favourable draw from qualification from their group.

Italy payed their opening three group games at the Stadio Olympic in Rome. They then played at the Allianz in Germany and have played two games at Wembley. Sunday’s final will be their third game at Wembley.

Agreed. Why didn’t Grealish go before Sancho or Saka? Seems an inordinate amount of pressure to put on a 19 year old. Shaw was having a very confident game. So was Sterling. Why didn’t they take one? I suppose I’m wise after the event but it still seems poor decision making to me.

Harry Kane was invisible in the second half and Steve Cooper, oops I mean Southgate left him on for not only the whole half but extra time as well.
So England played with ten men for most of the second half.
It was like Conor Hourihane playing for Swansea.
Southgate also let the fresh legged Italians runs rings around knackered English players, just like Cooper.

He and Cooper obviously went to the same Football Management courses.

The last penalty miss is something I could easily accept as a fan and my sympathy would be with him. It’s football, it happens.

Rashford however wanted to be the star of the show, didn’t even look at the ball and was trying to be clever. Was very glad he missed.

Very much in the same centre of attention mould as the Akinfenwa penalty at the Millennium Stadium which will always leave a bitter taste in the mouth when I look back at his time here. Chipped it down the middle in a penalty shootout that meant so much to the club at the time.

No, you're right and I reckon a lot of people watching last night were wondering why he brought on 2 subs with so little time left, asking them to take penalties when they are so young, so inexperienced and with more experienced players left watching. Heck I reckon Pickford would have been a better choice than Saka, he was like a rabbit caught in headlights the poor bugger.

Then to findout this morning they've had racist abuse on social media, shocking. English fans yesterday, some of them are a stain on their country, those that stormed the gates, abused other fans and stewards and this racism, they need to grow up.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?
