| Referee Andy Woolmer 20:58 - Mar 8 with 3006 views | KeithHaynes | How much longer is this idiot going to be allowed to influence Swansea City games ? Not my words, the words of Steve Cooper last season when he was accused of blatant fraud, yes that’s the word he used, and no legal action came from it. Just a small fine. Pathetic, we’ve looked excellent tonight and this Corrupt official is allowed to still function. He should be referring Italian league games with bank balances being the decider.

But its not always been given a red. Fulham could have had several cards too And now Martin booked for dissent. Makes you wonder Ferguson was hardly carded at all but the officials were scared of him This ref is trash though.

Red cards aren’t given by ‘damage caused’ though. More often than not it is due to the potential damage the challenge ‘could’ have caused. It was reckless, uncontrolled, high and studs up. There are certainly yellows that Fulham could have got but didn’t, no issues with stating that. But the decision that influenced the game can’t be argued with IMO. There is no way on earth we should be appealing that. I don't expect us to either. [Post edited 8 Mar 2022 21:57]

Won’t be the first time, except when others do I’m not as rude. If you want a conversation have one, if you want to just make vague statements there’s no Point.

Honestly, why say that? What have you achieved? Apart from a hard on.

Possibly an influence from the sidelines was involved ? don't mean to sound silly mind 😉

| Referee Andy Woolmer on 23:28 - Mar 8 with 1565 views | howenjack | Interesting that sky sports studio presenters Jobie Mc Anuff said it was definitely a strIght red . Jamie Mackie on the other hand said it was never a red card . Manning should never have been making that challenge on the halfway line though . | | | |

The foul was right in line with Woolmer, and Silva and his coaches had been surrounding him and in his ear for about 10 mins earlier.
| Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎 |

He did as he picked his team for our first games

He was. but there are four officials and we always suffer when this spark turns up.

| Referee Andy Woolmer on 11:09 - Mar 9 with 1145 views | Catullus | I think the sending off was right, not sure how much input Woolmer had on the decision but it sounded and now looks like a red to me. That said, Woolmer does seem to have it in for us, there are bound to be teams that refs don't like for whatever reason but I'm sure the vast majority of refs aren't deliberately cheating, they are just unfortunately, rubbish! | |

| Referee Andy Woolmer on 15:20 - Mar 9 with 1038 views | Flashberryjack | Wasn't Woolmer the same referee that gave nothing when Lansbury blatantly kicked manning Manning up in the air when the game was on stop of a free kick ? As for last nights game, a red card was probably the decision you'd expect from any fair and consistent referee, unfortunately Woolmer was neither, if he could pull a gun out of his holster as fast as he puled that red card out, he'd give Billy the jitters. Like many others, I thought until the sending off, it was one of the best we've played this season, especially against a team that is tearing this leagues apart. Still no goals from set play, and still no penalties, but we can only hope that our luck changes on Saturday. | |

There should be retrospective citing like in rugby when foul play goes unpunished during a game. As for last nights sending off manning through his body language knew straight away he was in trouble. Why give a referee the excuse to send you off? Bad challenge that’s f*cked us over for four games - unless the new boy is fit after 2 months on the sidelines.

Why have one then ? Of course he has, be that before, during or after the game. Talking to other officials at the match, offering opinion etc. If Cooper is right and he hasn’t been challenged to the contrary, then this guy has a lot to answer for. He even allowed himself to be pushed about on the touch line by Fulham staff according to Martin. Misleading ? Impossible, unless you are saying Cooper misled everyone when he called him unprofessional, incompetent, biased and with agendas against him and the swans. And even reported Woolmer to the EFL before the game he clearly influenced against Sheffield Wednesday. It’s an opinion, that’s all, but to say a match official doesn’t have an influence on a game is a bit daft mate.
