It's probably too late in the day for fresh targets now. It's a shame, if we showed this ambition in the summer the players might have actually come here and we probably wouldn't be in this position.

I thought it was accepted by the hierarchy we were a little short after Summer, so the fact that no-one was brought in early (based on work done Oct - Dec) is little short of a disgrace. From here on in, whatever happens, is a mess, we had 2 Cup ties to bed new recruits in, based on strategic planning done in the first half of the season. I appreciate i am shouting in an empty room now, as if there was any genuine accountability for failure after failure something would have happened by now. Completely disenfranchised sadly, so it is only romantic wing and a prayer stuff too focus on now. In that our bunch of misfits are somehow moulded into a team by this Carvahal chap.

Spot on that, but yet there's a few [to many] newbies who have suddenly turned up on here to sing Jenkins and the Clubs praises, even though its all a complete cluster fuk.

So think what we have will be ok(numbers wise)
I wouldnt rule out that young Portuguese lad coming in either. With Mesa on his way out and Fulton gone, we have only 20 players from a maximum squad of 25(Over 21yrs of age)
20 players is more than enough, provided our general injury record over the last 3/4 seasons holds, and we don't end up replaying every round of an epic FA cup run.
Seeing a couple of kids on the bench every week won't do us any harm. It doesn't change anything about what we need to sign.
