Every player that has ever come here will have thought exactly the same thing mate.

Let's not be too precious here. And the reports may well be true but at this moment all it is is idle gossip in a time most famous for just that.

Chill out 😉

Pick up your dirty money from the Sellouts Chrissy job done for tonight yeah........

It's probably too late in the day for fresh targets now. It's a shame, if we showed this ambition in the summer the players might have actually come here and we probably wouldn't be in this position.

Ambition...it's all a smokescreen get the fans excited and then say we tried
But couldn't do the deals..

It isn't the main priority, but I'm surprised we haven't addressed the fullback problem. We are still light there after letting Kingsley leave.

Been linked with Joao Palhinha from Sportiing. Looks like he good do a decent job in the prem. Replacement for Mesa maybe? Loan move apparently according to Portuguese news.

On the BBC gossip column

Same company and representatives as the manager, Renato, Eder, and probably a few more.

What's that coming over the hill .......

George Graham ?

well it's the 27th and so far 0, yes 0 through the indoor.

They obviously think we are strong enough otherwise there would have been someone through the door on Jan 1 with all that wonga from the Gylfi deal.

Unless of course they are trying to strip the club.......

Why does it seem like we're banking on him changing his mind? A competent recruitment team should have other targets lined up. We shall see.

There is a high possibility that we will have let Fulton and Mesa go AND replace with nothing or the token one signing.

We could be down to a first team squad of 20(not including Sanches and Tammy) and be really thin on the ground for the final months of the season.

We need 3 players at present as a minimum.

I thought it was accepted by the hierarchy we were a little short after Summer, so the fact that no-one was brought in early (based on work done Oct - Dec) is little short of a disgrace. From here on in, whatever happens, is a mess, we had 2 Cup ties to bed new recruits in, based on strategic planning done in the first half of the season. I appreciate i am shouting in an empty room now, as if there was any genuine accountability for failure after failure something would have happened by now. Completely disenfranchised sadly, so it is only romantic wing and a prayer stuff too focus on now. In that our bunch of misfits are somehow moulded into a team by this Carvahal chap.

Adam King has gone to Mansfield today on loan.

With Sanches injured, midfield is getting thinner and thinner.

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

Spot on that, but yet there's a few [to many] newbies who have suddenly turned up on here to sing Jenkins and the Clubs praises, even though its all a complete cluster fuk.

Carvahal excluded who is trying to work with his hands tied behind his back.

So the £30million emergency fund I was told about last August was all BS ?

Off course it was just like the sellout C@nts claim of the sale was to take us to the next level.

The greedy c@nt obviously meant the next level down.

I don't think the £30M fund is BS.
Unfortunately Jenkins is using it to fill a swimming pool and dive around in it in a Scrooge McDuck stylee.

Huws interview in September

https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/swansea-city-chairman

“We probably could have done a bit more in this window, but it was important that we didn't overstretch ourselves as a club by bringing in players that were being well over-valued.

“Within the two windows Paul has been with us the squad has changed a lot with four coming in last January (Martin Olsson, Jordan Ayew, Luciano Narsingh and Tom Carroll) and six in this window. That’s big changes.

“But as a club we are in a good, healthy financial position again. Then if we need one or two more players to strengthen again in January, there will also probably be better options available.’’

Huw in December

When asked whether the club's American owners Steve Kaplan and Jason Levien would provide the new manager with funds, Jenkins told The Guardian: "No, there's no money put in at this time to do that."

A good liar needs to have a good memory, not evident there is it.

And we're not selling players though we're loaning the fukers out and probably subsidising their wages

As long as we don't play a 4 man diamond we're fine (for numbers).

I think that Carlos wants to play

5-2-3 and 4-2-3-1

So think what we have will be ok(numbers wise)

I wouldnt rule out that young Portuguese lad coming in either. With Mesa on his way out and Fulton gone, we have only 20 players from a maximum squad of 25(Over 21yrs of age)

20 players is more than enough, provided our general injury record over the last 3/4 seasons holds, and we don't end up replaying every round of an epic FA cup run.

Seeing a couple of kids on the bench every week won't do us any harm. It doesn't change anything about what we need to sign.
